Repro

1. menubar File > Digital Signatures > Digital Signatures
2. Click "Start Certificate Manager…"

Currently

Could not find any certificate manager.

Expected

If GPG Suite is installed, GPG Keychain is the tool to manage OpenPGP Keys so
that should probably be opened.

Setting to NEW as problem is confirmed.

@Luc: Can you describe what happens on Windows | Linux?
