Add a form control to a document (e.g., a pushbutton from Form menu in Writer).
Right-click it, and choose "Form Properties...". Press F1 on any tab.

Note that if you press F1 second time, it will work OK. Closing the dialog and
re-opening it makes F1 not work the first time again.
