Steps:
1. Insert a section in a document. (dialog box closes)
2. Insert another section
3. In the new section box select default name (Section1) and try to enter a
name with lowercase s.
4.  In the new section box enter any lowercase text for name (e.g., abcd) and
insert (dialog box closes)
5. Insert another section, select  name (abcd) try to insert New Section with
uppercase (e.g, Abcd)

Actual:  Existing Uppercase overrides the lowercase of same character and vice
versa
Expected:  Can type lowercase as first letter, without overriding (and vice
versa)
