When scaling spreadsheet, the cursor visibility becomes poor on bordered cells,
because it has a fixed width, which soon becomes smaller than width of the
border.
See the screenshot of such a case.
The cursor line width should be no smaller (possibly better a bit wider) than
the visible size of the border.
