Description:
If there is no tracked change in the first cell of the table selection, then
will not offer the Accept Track Change/Reject Track Change menu options in the
in the local menu (or their icons in the Track Changes toolbar).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached file
2. Delete text from last row of the table
3. Try to accept changes
Actual Results:
Cant accept/reject the changes
Expected Results:
It should work with any changes
