Description:
For a table or table row that has been deleted by change tracking, the already
deleted table row / table will no longer be offered for deletion.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached file
2. Delete a row from the table
3. Try to accept/reject on quick bar
Actual Results:
The row which is deleted cant be accepted/rejected.
Expected Results:
It could be accepted or rejected.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
