Additional information: - This issue does not happen from a fresh starting; it only happens after exporting files to a eg PNG file that already exists. - The dialog box does not appear, but LibreOffice is also freezing for a few second systematically. - I still can open old documents by double-cliking on them and save them without any issues. - On LibreOffice version 5 and 4, I had a similar issue with Export, however LibreOffice crashed systematically after so I did not have the issue with saving/opening new file. The trick given by @cpohle (granting acess to Libre office "(macOS) Settings > Security > Files and Folders") does not work.
