Open 178340 from bug 147487. Click on [ Draw ] button, see the new rectangle.
Press [ 500x500 ] button (see the cells taking a different size), then press [
Draw ] button.

Now try to open a menu. It shows blank. Try to close the file -> the
confirmation dialog is also blank.

Now undo twice, then redo twice. Now the menu and dialogs are shown OK.
This is a regression after

The problem only affects Windows; it is visible with OpenGL (in 6.4) and with
Skia (in current master); and with UI render: default, it is not reproducible.
But an interesting thing is, that the buttons are flashing (especially with UI
render: default), which the causing commit tried to fix.
