Image anchored as Character doesn't position itself properly (overlapping text)
in 7.4 & and image invisible in older versions of LibreOffice (so also a
backward compatibility issue)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Place cursor after Window and press delete
Source of the file: Part of page pasted from attachment 176550 to a new
document
Actual Results:
Image overlapping text when pressing delete
Expected Results:
Text wrapped around image
Reproducible: Always
