            Bug ID: 147532
Summary: CALC Cell Editing Data Validity with a simple
custom formula <11 prevents all changes
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.2.5.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
With a simple range filled with random numbers less than 11, AND a data
validation on that range to permit amendments but ensure the changes are still
less than 11, CALC rejects all cell editing.
It is also apparent that if a number is entered above the validation range and
drag filled into the validation range then the drag fill can exceed the
validation.
11 is just a random number - NOT defining any logical boundaries of the error

Steps to Reproduce:
With the attached sheet
Observe the cell characteristics
D3:E25 has simply been created with a random sheet fill
J7:J19 is a drag fill - J7 is unvalidated
Interact with the attached sheet by changing the start number of the drag fill
or resampling the random numbers.
Try to edit anything - J7 is editable as the potential source for a new drag
fill

Actual Results:
Cannot change any values

Expected Results:
Would like to change some values to obviate duplication within each pair -
repeated pairs should be a normal result with such a small sample

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

OpenGL enabled: Yes
