After upgrading to LibreOffice 4 I have seen in one of my documents that the
format of some cells has changed. Instead of displaying values like '100 €' I'm
seeing now '100 €""'. The format list in Format -> Cells... -> Numbers is
showing some entries with 2 ending double quotes too.
