Simple example ODS
If a cell adjacent to a URL Link Button has help and error panes then the help
pane will not layer itself on top of the URL button IF that button is NOT in
form edit mode and will be invisible to the user.
The error pane does layer itself appropriately.
Attached file has B2 Validated to only accept "10".
Select it and the help is obliterated by the URL button.
Edit B2 and the error pane appears.
Go into FORM edit mode
Move the button - to where the error pane will appear - and help will "appear"
as it was only hidden.
Edit an alternate value and the error pane correctly appears on top of the
newly relocated URL Button.
