Calc icon graphic does not display on windows desktop taskbar
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open calc, check taskbar on windows

Actual Results:
you can see there is an icon there, but the graphic does not display
Expected Results:
should show graphic; writer graphic works
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
