Description:
With either Writer or Calc, printing a document recognizes the number of pages
to print, but all the pages are blank.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clicked on CMD-P to print my document. Dialog presented. Recognized printer
and number of pages in document, but preview showed all pages were blank.
2. Clicked on "Print" button anyway. Printed blank pages.

Actual Results:
See Steps above.

Expected Results:
Should print document rather than blank pages.
