Most files are kept on an external SSD connected via usb-c - do you use any accessibility application? No - on which modules do you work, Calc, Writer, Impress, Base, all of them? Calc and Writer Java triggers sometimes some pb and Base uses Java in general and some other specific features in other modules may also use Java. - just to be sure, could you try to rename your LO directory profile so it'll force LO to create a brand new one?
