Each format in the "File Type" on the "Insert Image" and "Image Export" dialogs
does not have a KeyID.
Steps to Reproduce:
<Pattern 1>
1.click "Insert Image"
2.click format list next to "File name" on dialog.
<Pattern 2>
1.Click "Insert Image"
2.Insert a image.
3.Right-click a inserted image.
4.Click "File type" on dialog.
Actual Results:
<Pattern 1 and Pattern2>
The image file format name is displayed with KeyID.
Expected Results:
<Pattern 1>
Except for "<All image>" and "All files(*.*)", only image file format name is
displayed on the dialog.
<Pattern 2>
Only image file format name is displayed on the format list.
Reproducible: Always
