Problem description:
Please excuse me if this is a duplicate of an existing bug, but I have not
found it reported elsewhere. When printing a #10 Envelope in LibreOffice
Writer, the first inch or so of the return address does not print. This occurs
when creating an envelope through Format->Page or through Insert->Envelope.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Format #10 envelope
2. Print
Current behavior:
First inch or so of return address is cut off
Expected behavior:
Return address should print in its entirety
Operating System: Ubuntu
