1. Open the attached Writer file.
2. Ctrl click on one of the TOC entries on page 1.
3. Now try to use the "Back" button to return to the Contents.
EXPECTED RESULT: The "Back" button (or shortcut) should take you back to the
Contents.
ACTUAL RESULT: In this case, the Back button doesn't work.
