Writer file showing issue with sidebar scrolling.

Build ID: 85f04e9f809797b8199d13c421bd8a2b025d52b5
CPU threads: 2; OS: Linux 5.4; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3

Calc: threaded

1. Open the attached Writer file.
2. Tile the program window to the bottom half of the screen.
3. Place the cursor in the first pargaraph – which is bulleted.
4. Now try to scroll down the list of paragraph or character styles in the
sidebar.

EXPECTED RESULT: All entries in the sidebar lists should be accessible.
ACTUAL RESULT: Depending on the size of your screen, the lowest entries are not
accessible due to the list toolbar at the bottom of the window.
