In section "Font Color" there is:
1. You can also click here, and then drag a selection to change the text color.
2. Click the arrow next to the icon to open the Font color toolbar.
Sentence 1 (from 2004) seems to suggest that one can click the Font Color icon,
and the drag a selection to change the font color. But this does not work.
Sentence 2 (also from 2004) suggests that a Font color toolbar will be opened,
but there is no Font Color toolbar. Maybe it should say "Color Palette"? And
maybe there should be one more sentence about selecting a color in the palette
(because there is not really a help page about using the Color Palette).
