The LO installer fails to install to the the directory in which it has been
previously installed. This issue has been present since a few recent versions
of the installers, though I don't remember from which version this problem
started.
To reproduce the issue:
1. Download the LO installer and run it.
2. Select the same directory in which LO was previously installed.
3. The installer hangs.
