Attempts to uses cell borders results in application crash. Entering safe mode
eliminated the problem. Deleting user data did not remove the problem.
Either populated cells or unpopulated cells cause software to shut down.
Reopening software after deleting user data per instructions did not help.
> Format > Cells > Borders > User-defined select any border causes shutdown.
