Re-arranging sheets with drag & drop lacks responsiveness if when sheet to move
being content rich
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 178903
2. Select sheet 2 and hold left mouse pressed
3. Drag it before Лист1 notice the arrow appearing left instantaneous
(expected)
4. Place cursor after sheet Лист1 (so no change occurs)
5. Select Лист1 and drag it after sheet2.. notice the moving arrow after copy
of seconds..
Actual Results:
There is lag and apparently copying of the sheet starts doing some copying
while doing the drag action, instead after release of the mouse
Expected Results:
