This is a followup to bug 146851
When attachment 177662 is opened in Writer, the paragraph numbering is
restarted at the paragraph "Dividends" around page 41 under "Schedule 6"
This paragraph now has the "Restart numbering at this paragraph" property
enabled.
Was good in linux-bibisect-7.4 at:
