Bullets and Numbering dialog or Paragraph dialog). This is why the tabs do not assume the theme color. And I am not sure if they should assume it. The dialog tabs shouldn't use theme colors and with tabs from Tabbed UI being the same... I am inclined to say this should not be an issue anymore.
