Problem description:
Vlookup function and other functions when propagated down the bottom right
corner of the cell, increases by 1, and a search and an array in which we seek
entry criterion. Unacceptable increase in the array, as array is always
constant, but varies only criterion.

функция VLOOKUP и другие функции, при размножении вниз за правый нижний угол
ячейки, увеличивает на 1 и критерий поиска и массив в котором ищется вхождение
критерия. Увеличение массива неприемлимо, т.к. массив всегда постоянный, а
меняется только критерий поиска.
