There are (at least) 2 possible useful ways how to use Server installations:
a) To have always latest build for tests. Here it is useful to overwrite
existing installation by latest build
b) To keep a particular Version for a long time to do tests similar to bibisect
to find out where a bug appeared. Here the existing installation must not be
overwritten
Steps how to reproduce:
1. Install latest Master Build (See Bug 59630) for a folder like
<C:\LibO_Server\LOM41\2012-12-15@6>, folder selected in GUI Installer
2. Few days later
2.1. download latest Master build
2.2. Start Installation with GUI Installer
2.3. Select new master.msi as new Installation file
2.4. click <Start Installation>
Expected: A warning and selector ("Do you really sat to ...), because
an existing installation will be overwritten
Actual: No warning, existing old installation will be overwritten
