Description:
I installed yesterday the last 7.3.1 LibreOffice update and now LibreOffice
does not start. I see the splash window for 1 second and it disappears. I
attemp to re-installed LibreOffice with no results. I started also LibreOffice
in safe mode for resetting the user profil. LibreOffice still crashs.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start soffice.exe.

Actual Results:
The splash window displays for 1 second and desappears
Expected Results:
The LibreOffice graphical interface should appears for file or application to
open
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
