Description:
This regression means the Gallery sidebar does not show when using the menu
item "Insert > Media > Gallery".
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a LibreOffice component (Writer, Calc...)
2. Click on "Insert > Media > Gallery"
3. Repeat
Actual Results:
The action might completely collapse the sidebar or expand it, but will never
switch to the Gallery sidebar like it used in versions before LO 7.2.
Expected Results:
The Gallery sidebar opens and gets focused. If the sidebar is collapsed, it
expands.
