Hi Timur,
Thanks for responding. Unfortunately I seem unable to perform a user profile
reset. I am the only user on the PC and set up as an administrator so perhaps
that's why. Anyway, the option just doesn't come up. Sorry I can't post
screenshots here but in the 'user profiles' dialogue box the the delete user
box is greyed out. The 'User accounts' screens just invite me to add new users.
