Steps to reproduce bug:
Take file from atachement - it is created in Microsoft Excel for Mac 2011 v.
14.2.4 (120824).
Open it in Calc.
Swap two rows - select whole row, drag it and drop with alt.
Save file, choose Use format Microsoft Excel XML ....
In my case Calc generates 3MB file which I can't open again. Calc freeze while
opening it, Excel reports bug.
We tried it in MS version and it had same problem.
