--- Comment #5 from Yannick DUPAGNE <[email protected]> ---
Thank you for your answer. I'll try to write in English, but it's quite
difficult for me. I hope you'll understand me.

My system is as described below:
System: Kernel: 5.4.0-105-generic x86_64 bits: 64 compiler: gcc v: 9.4.0
Desktop: Cinnamon 5.0.7 wm: muffin dm: LightDM Distro: Linux Mint
20.2 Uma
           base: Ubuntu 20.04 focal

LibreOffice version is 7.2.6.2. I've 2 PC, and it's exactly the same problem on
the 2 ones.

As you've suggested, on one PC I've deleted my user profile and I've removed
LibreOffice in order to reinstall it. There is no change.

On the other PC, I've deleted LibreOffice 7.2.6 and I've installed 7.3.1. I've
meeted the same difficulty. But with 7.1.8, there were no problems.

You can see it on the file I've attached. On the first line, I've used
'Liberation Serif' font, on the second line 'Ubuntu' font, on the third one
'Liberation Serif' font. But on this line, when I wrote 2^9 then the correct
exponent 6 appears.

On Windows, the .odt file I've written is correctly interpreted. But on my
Linux Mint, the screen and the .pdf file are wrong. It's a real problem for me
because I'm writing books for my teaching of mathematics.

Thank you,
