File.New.Templates shows correctly the "Template Manager" Dialog. small hint: I've downloaded the multilingual Version from http://de.libreoffice.org/download/?type=win-x86&lang=en-US So I can change the menu settings in Extras.Optionen.Spracheinstellungen.Sprachen.Benutzeroberfläche to see the english version of menu and dialogs.
