Description:
When using "Save as" for a file already protected by a password, "Save with a
password" should be marked by default for not forgetting to set a password and
to save the file without a password.
Actual Results:
The risk is to forget to set a password for a file which must be protected by a
password.
Expected Results:
Having "Save with a password" marked by default for a file protected by a
password.
