Create a new calc.
Type anything.
Save the file.
The save button is disabled.
Freeze the top row (select the 2nd row and use the menu Window->Freeze)
The save button is still disabled.
It's the same as the closed bug:

except it is an issue.
The workaround doesn't mean it should be closed.
