Description:
Undo deleting a row restores the wrong data information (track changes
involved)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Splitting a second bug for attachment 179280 (bug 148327)
2. Delete a row
3. Press Undo


Actual Results:
Row isn't restored, and below the table appears text (which existed as track
changes date)

Expected Results:
Should not recover the wrong data


Reproducible: Always
