Description:
When I run any LO app (writer, calc, impress, etc) on Wayland session of KDE
Plasma with KF5 backend, the tooltips that appear on mouseover are misplaced.
This bug does not occur when I run LO apps with KF5 backend on X11 session of
the same system.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. run a linux distro with KDE Plasma DE
2. login to Wayland session of KDE Plasma
3. run any LO app with KF5 backend
4. repeatedly hover over the icons of the toolbar
Actual Results:
tooltip of the hovered button is often misplaced
Expected Results:
the tooltip should always appear in the correct position
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
OpenGL enabled: Yes
Additional Info:
This bug occurs regardless the OpenGL is enabled or not and even when LO apps
run in safe mode.
