If you open the context menu on comment text while the cursor is in the
comment, the menu entries are:
Paste
Paste Special...
---------
Clone Formatting
Clear Direct Formatting
Character >
Paragraph >
List >
---------
Insert Comment
---------
Edit Section...
---------
Page Style...
This is a poor choice:
* You can't insert comment on a comment.
* No option to delete the comment (you can get that in the context menu when
the cursor is _not_ within the comment)
* Edit Section and Page Style don't seem like something that particularly
relevant to the comment.
