Description:
Writer files are not opened at the last cursor location. And yes, my personal
information is filled in. Has been working properly with prior versions for a
long time.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Save any file with cursor at the end.
2.Re-open the file
Actual Results:
The cursor is at the top line.
Expected Results:
The cursor should be at the end of the file
Reproducible: Always
