My guess, it's not a real dictionary but a place for user-defined words with some preinstalled content, for example in "Technical". When I build from master with --without-myspell-dicts and --with-lang=de es, I get some Hungarian and Slovenian dictionaries too. Could imagine Standard alone in the list (containing the technical terms). > 2. The "user-defined dictionaries" meaning installed per extension are listed in this dialog and per tools > options > language settings > writing aids.
