            Bug ID: 148394
Summary: We need search capability restricted to the Navigator
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

We need search capability restricted to the Navigator and in Navigator at least
restricted to Headlines, but possibly also to other Navigator main categories.

For the search, Search in Navigator should open all unopened lower level
elements. After it has found a match, it should open all collapsed lower level
elements surrounding and including the match. If the user decides to proceed to
the next match, the open/collapsed structure in Navigator's display should be
re-established as it was before, but the actual search should continue as if
all lower level elements in Navigator would be not collapsed (as mentioned
before).

Reason: Navigator's display shows only the beginning of the headlines. Finding
something on a headline (which is very much to the right) is very tedious.

Suggested User Interface: Add a drop down thing to the search bar letting me
select between "Search in document" "Search in Headlines", Search in "....".

The same search capabilities should also be possible when searching the right
landing place of a hyperlink in a document.
