Provide *full* information from Help->About; 2. Describe *how* did you "div. providers" and "div. Ports" (which commands, buttons, etc. you used); 3. Describe what "no emails could be sent" means exactly: what command you used (was it a toolbar button? a menu command? Which?), and what happened (nothing happened? something shown for a moment and disappeared, but no emails sent? An error message appeared?
