What I am saying is that macOS' Apple /About / System Report lists what type each applications is. Most applications are "Universal" i.e. Bothe "Intel" and "Apple Silicon". LibreOffice is listed as an "iOS" application! I suspect that this isn't just a static text string, but actually affects what header files and libraries are used to build the application.
