Issue 2- About the change history limits in the Header/ Footer, is a duplicate
of Bug 46561. Changing the title of this bug to reflect that.

Issue 1- If you could resubmit a bug report with just this one, and I would say
it is Critical- Medium- No prompt to save, data is lost.

Here are the steps:

1. Open a new document in Writer.
2. Type something in the body of the document: abcd.
3. Insert -> Header.
4. Type something in the Header: qrst
5. Close document. 

Actual Result: No prompt to save. Data is lost. Upon starting LibreOffice
again, it does not ask to start recovery of unsaved document.

Expected Result: A prompt to save, so that user has that option.

Include your version and platform, too. Thank you.
