two screenshots of the same chart from Calc to Draw
if you create a chart in Calc with Y error bars (cell range) then you try to
copy and paste it in a Draw document, the length of the errors bars is wrong
I've tried so far both Windows 7 and Ubuntu and I've tested it also with
LibreOffice 3.6.5
