Get box that says LibbreOffice 4.0 -Fatal Error
in the box it says
The program cannot be started.
The service manager is not available.

Start setup application to repair the installation from CD, or the folder
Containing the installation packages.
The it has an ok box to click
I ran repair from the add remove programs and got the same error.This is on
windows 8 64 bit
