Steps to reproduce:
1) start LO Impress with the kf5 VCL plugin
2) click on the arrow right of the "Basic Shapes" toolbar item
3) hover with mouse over one of the shapes (s. screenshot)
Actual result: No tooltip.
Expected result: Tooltip that explains what shape this is.
Work fine with e.g. gtk3 VCL plugin instead.
