            Bug ID: 148757
Summary: Cursor moves down when entering a dead key as the last
character of a line inside a section (instead of
                    composing)
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.2.6.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

First many thanks for this wonderful piece of software!

When working with a keyboard having dead keys (like US-International) inside a
section, the cursor jumps down and leaves the symbol corresponding to the
deadkey instead of composing the character. When the cursor is not at the end
of the line, there is no problem. (So leaving a trailing space at the end and
writing text before this space "solves" the problem.)

How the reproduce:
  - New writer Document
  - Insert a new section
  - Add text inside section.
  - As soon as a composing character (like ¨) is entered, the cursor jumps down
and leaves the ¨ character, instead of for example ü (wich is " followed by u).

Warm regards

Ivo
