UI: TOC background color isn't applied to the area with .... (but does in print
preview)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Notice the gray in the TOC .. press Print Preview.. notice the full TOC
being blue (expected)
Actual Results:
Partly gray
Expected Results:
Totally blue
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
