UI: Add to list button disabled, where expected to be enabled
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Try to add 'Hello' to the pre-existing list.
3. I followed
https://help.libreoffice.org/7.4/en-US/text/swriter/02/add_to_list.html?&DbPAR=SHARED&System=WIN
(at least I think I did, but the button Add to list button keeps being disabled
Actual Results:
Button Add to list button disabled
